Terms and Conditions of our services:
1) A £100 deposit must be paid within seven days of the initial booking. This is absolutely non-refundable for any reason. This deposit resrves a photographer for your wedding on the date agreed. 2) If payment is made within the initial seven days of booking, we will apply an additional 10% discount from the price of your chosen package. However, this will not be included on any extras you may have ordered. This full payment will also ensure that you are not liable to any further changes in the price, should our prices increase. 3) Full payment must be made at least two full calender months before the wedding. Failure to pay in full at this time, will make the contract null and void. Any payments after this stage, are completely non-refundable. 4) Cancellation by the client less than 3 months before the weding will result in a 100% cancellation fee. 5) Cancellation must be given in writing and accompanied by any cancellation fees owed to us. 6) On paying a deposit you shall receive confirmation that your requested date has been reserved. On full payment you shall again receive confirmation of your package and details of what is included. 7) The photographer will arrive punctually and in a presentable manner at the agreed venue and time. Photographer will remain at the event until the agreed time. 8) When ordering extras from us you will be informed of a delivery date. We will do our best to ensure that you receive your items as described and at the time specified. However, we use outside suppliers for some of our products and so sometimes this is out of our control. 9) To help provide you with the best service possible, we politely request that for any bookings exceeding 3 hours, soft drinks are made available to your photographer. For any full day bookings, please ensure a light meal is also available. It is the client's responsibility to make these arrangements with the venue. 10) "Model Release" hereby gives Hampshire and Dorset Weddings Ltd permission to display any images taken for the purpose of promoting Hampshire and Dorset Weddings Ltd, providing the images are used lawfully and without harm to the client. 11) Copyright- All images taken are the copyright of Hampshire and Dorset Weddings Ltd but we are happy for you to make your own prints or to email any images to your friends and family. The client has no right to use the images for any type of marketing without the prior permission from Hampshire and Dorset Weddings Ltd.
